A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that helps read GitHub repository structure and important files.

Install mcp-git-ingest

Choose your AI client and copy the config.

Add to claude_desktop_config.json — macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/, Windows: %APPDATA%\Claude\. Then restart Claude.
